Getting the best outcome from an open-innovation challenge requires that you have an experienced resource advising you on the best practices of running a challenge. The Project Advisor works directly for you (the "Seeker") and helps you optimally manage your open-innovation platform vendor (Wazoku or others) and other resources. The typical steps in an Wazoku engagement are shown in the table below. ​
